17 teams on El Gouna Beach
As handball enthusiasts and friends of
this very special emerging new sport may well know, the
official Beach Handball World Championships for Men and
Women will be taking place under the direction of the
International Handball Federation for the first time this
year. Egypt’s resort El Gouna situated close to Hurghada
mark the appropriate setting for the tournament in which 17
teams representing 12 nations will be gathering from 26 to
